Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Original packaging must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Personalized, custom-made, perishable, or opened personal care products are non-refundable unless defective.

– Events, Workshops & Retreats

Participation in FEMERA events, workshops, retreats, and networking activities is voluntary. Participants assume responsibility for their own safety and personal belongings.

FEMERA is not liable for losses, injuries, or damages except where required by applicable law.

– Intellectual Property

All FEMERA logos, branding, content, designs, and materials are the property of FEMERA and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

– Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, FEMERA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its platform, products, services, events, or community activities.
